Entering Grades: 6th - 8th Time: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Cost: $180 per Player ($170 + $10 Fee) Includes lunch & camp t-shirt REGISTER

This camp is designed for 6th-8th graders and will cover all aspects of the game. The camp will cover the understanding of rotations, general volleyball rules, passing, setting, serving, and hitting mechanics. For the attacking portion, we will teach arm swing mechanics, how to generate more power and shot selection. For the setting session, we will focus on the ideal body position, posture, hand position, release to the net, footwork patterns and tempo setting.

For the defense portion, we will teach blocking, serve receive, defensive techniques for the back row player and defensive schemes.
